Board of Education, the United States Supreme Court ruling that racial segregation in schools is unconstitutional. By a vote of 54 to 1, the boys of Sunderland Hall welcomed Shippy "on the same basis as any other boy in any activity or work crew on which boys participated.” | en_US |
